1. How many days will my order arrived?                      

  • For 48 states - delivery will be 3 weeks to 4 weeks. In case, you have not receive your order beyond that week, please notify us. For order ship outside 48 states, we cannot calculate the delivery date, because your order will be shipped to different carrier.

4. How to Redeem a Gift Cards?

  • First, determine how much credit you have?
    • Face Value - less $10.00 for orders ship to 48 States; less $25.00 for orders ship to Alaska or Hawaii; less $37.00 for orders ship outside U.S.A.
    • Example: if you have $50.00 and your shipping address is within 48 States, your credit will be $40.00. Choose a products that exact amount or below the amount of your gift cards credit or you can pay the difference by clicking here!

5. How to return an items?

  • You don't need to call or contact us to ask for return number or authorization number to return an item. If you doesn't like what you bought, just pack it with the original package and mail it back to us. No questions ask! Just send an e-mail about your return. Once we receive your return items, we will refund the purchase price. Sorry, shipping and handling is non-refundable! That's it!
